Staff were excellent as we had a few issues with our stay, they really tried to help. Shower pressure was good. Bonus to have Sky sport available.
We booked and paid for 2 beds in a chalet but upon arrival it was just 1 bed. Had to change to older unit, not upgraded. It smelt strongly of mould and there was no view. The beds were very hard. No housekeeping was done over a 3 day stay, would have been nice to know that beforehand so we could have maintained the towels, facecloths. Small hot water cylinder so after 2 showers ended in cold water.
