Incredible stay here!
Solly and Chris were our drive guides and they were amazing- super knowledgeable whilst also making the experience fun and keeping us safe. We saw such a range of animals all due to them being so highly skilled.
The accommodation was high end whilst still fitting in with the surroundings and it was lovely having the private plunge pool and decking.
The food was also fab, the chefs were brilliant and every meal was flawless.
We couldn’t recommend staying here enough- once in a life time experience.
Not a negative but one to be aware of- the lodge doesn’t have an alcohol license so on arrival we were then taken back out so we could buy our own (and we were refunded some of the cost of our trip back).
Not an issue but one to be aware of when you arrive to Hoedspruit as can save you a trip if your driver takes you straight to the shops if you would like some.

Very nice, we were only South Africans, most of guests were international tourists. I think sharing tables with other guests that we didn’t know was okay for a day or so but for all days it’s a lot as we came for honeymoon. We needed our space.

Friendly staff, very accommodating, good food and the guides - Peace and Jannie - were great! Saw all big five in two days!
