I had a terrific stay at Gurtxu. The room was spacious, exactly as pictured, and in a terrific location to explore San Sebastián. Rony was a fantastic host, excellent communication, and provided great recommendations for food to best enjoy the town. They accommodated an early check in and it was a very smooth process. Highly recommended!
Nothing.

Location
They did not highlight the shared bathroom. And when they say it is including breakfast, it is, but it is really poor.

Great location.
Remotely managed, no staff present … a little confusing to navigate getting there and getting in…. We missed the email due to poor internet service and had to figure it out

Located very centrally, though earplugs are useful, which they also provide without asking.
Rather noisy, due to being very central, which is difficult in summer with just a fan.
