The staff, the room, the breakfast.

Great hotel in a great location with the most lovely colleagues, and a super breakfast. The weather whilst we were in Istanbul was very rainy the first day, and the colleagues had great advice on what to do to avoid it. We were also touched with the extra care and attention towards our kids.
The weather: but that may be a bit hard to ask for. We still had a brilliant time.

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff: warm welcome, flawless booking of airport transfers and Bosphorus cruise, great itinerary suggestions for the days you have in Istanbul - everything worked really well. Breakfast both sweet and salty. Excellent position in short walking distance to main attractions but in quiet location. Great view from the rooftop terrace, a nice place to relax after a day visiting the city.
One of the room was quite dark, windows are just in the main bedroom. The hotel could do some renovations (changing some mattresses, checking if nothing is broken in the room, checking cleaning status of wallpapers and headboards).

It was close to the Blue Mosque and other sights. The breakfast was good, the staff was really friendly and helpful. A good location at a walking distance.
The window in one of the rooms was blocked by a wall and you could only rely on the other room's window for fresh air.
