We had a wonderful stay! The location is excellent - public transportation is nearby, making it easy to get to the other side of the city, while everything on our side is within walking distance. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the service is truly outstanding. The food is absolutely delicious, and everything is spotlessly clean. Our room had a genuinely spectacular view, exactly as promised, and the terrace where breakfast is served is just as amazing. Everything was perfect, and we would definitely love to stay here again. Highly recommended! ❤️

Great location, friendly staff, awesome view at breakfast.
Breakfast spread was just okay, a little pricey.

Ismael from the front desk is exceptionally helpful. The ladies serving in the morning breakfast buffet were also great. The Hotel's location is very good and walkable to the old town attractions. Will definitely stay there again if we come back to Istanbul.

The hotel isn't far from the Mosques and the historical sites in Sultanahmet. It also has a roof terrace with a great view, in winter when sitting in the breakfast area has the same view as it's on the top floor.
beautiful to be able to hear the call to prayer from the mosques, especially from the roof, really set the scene.
The room needs a facelift, I think the pics we saw online were of the rooms that have had a facelift, our bathtub wasn't welcoming, there's obviously been floods in the bathroom as the door and skirting were peeling . The room was OK but the buildings opposite were .... unique... and sometimes loud at night. We stayed in a hotel on 5 mins walk away and felt that area was a lot more welcoming.
Don't understand why the simit in hotels and orange juice aren't fresh. Stall holders outside were selling it at tourist prices, pretty sure it's very cheap for the hotel to source. Orange juice made from Tang powder etc is horrible and really disappointing.
