The staff were amazing!!! So helpful, kind, efficient and lovely.
I wish I could have stayed longer.

Staff were super helpful with everything. 3 really good restaurant options on site. Including 1 buffet style. A 7eleven in the building, an outdoor swimming pool, 8 mins walk from kokusai street naha, a really solid value for money option.
Only thing is it's a solid 20 mins at least taxi ride away from any beaches.

Amazing hotel, the rooms were very comfortable. The staff was nice and helpful. About a 10 min walk to the city centre. 7/11 inside the hotel. Would definitely stay here again!!

Nice room. Nice reception staff
Hotel was undergoing renovations so noisy in the day time. One day I wanted to sleep in and was disturbed and asked multiple times by staff to clean my room. This was reported by staff to reception. When the sign says do not disturb please let me sleep. Breakfast times were confusing and although arriving with 30 minutes to go I was told to hurry up and things were being cleared away around me presumably to be disposed of. Lots of good breakfast options but no one bothered to explain them to me despite staff outnumbering guests. I felt like I was a bit of a nuisance but I heard other guests complain.
