Room, bathroom and bed sheets were clean. Commuter train nearby and bus station in front of the building. Supermarket and family restaurants within a walking distance. Receptionist was very helpful and responsive, we requested a hair drier and she provided it asap. Very good value for money.
Nothing, it was perfect.

Practical as it was next to train station and cost-benefit.
The biggest issue was the strong smell of cigarette smoke in the room and entrance. It was overwhelming and made the stay quite uncomfortable. We had to buy odour-neutralising spray and disinfectant, keep the windows open, and run the fan constantly just to make the room bearable enough to sleep in. Unfortunately, this significantly affected our overall experience.
