the staff at the bag check went above and beyond recovering our lost luggage during the transport from one hotel to this one. we are so grateful for their service!
the food in the restaurant was lacking

It has a bus that is free and takes you directly to the station of the Disney train, so it is a perfect snd affordable place to stay if you are planning to visit the parks. The busses are very convenient. Also the hotel has its own little Disney store snd convenience store (which really came in handy)! Apart from that, the breakfast is yummy, hotel is clean snd staff are very friendly and helpful.

It was a phenomenal experience. The hotel provided us with every comfort and safety expected that we couldn't ask for anything more.
Nothing.

The morning buffet was not very good... Only pure white bread and chemical straberry jam...
