The staff was exceptionally helpful and very supportive. The room was clean and very nice location. I recommend it to everyone.
Almost everything was okay.. breakfast timing was a bit late should be around 7:30 start time.

That it was in a great location. Food was amazing. Most staff were friendly.
Could be cleaner. They don’t inform you that the apartments are in completely different locations than the hotel until day of. Not great if you’re someone with mobility issues etc or trying to do anything at the hotel.

Really nice view
Super dirty: the moquette, the sheets of the bed, the towels. The shower was having lumps of hair everywhere.
The breakfast was no good, not much food plus the sauces that were there looked really old. The coffe Americano was awful.
The neighbourhood didn't look safe at all.
