Hospitality and cleanliness
Just the sinks in room rather than washroom

Great staff - friendly, helpful and professional; spotlessly clean and comfortable, spacious room with balcony and good views; handy location for various outings; clean pool of good size.
Limited selection of vegetarian food in the buffet - but enough, and of good quality.
Would have been good if the pool was open earlier, we had limited opportunity to use it.
But these are minor criticisms - it was very good accommodation.

Huge plus ✨ Dog Friendly ✨ During our stay there was no kid. It was quite and peaceful. Food was amazing and everyone was super kind and helpful.
The sink is in the bedroom instead of bathroom. So I had to wait until my partner to wake up to get ready. Unfortunately bed was super hard. My body was hurting every night. Unfortunately all inclusive wasn’t all inclusive. It was a huge disappointment to learn the hotel is actually offering light all inclusive. In so many other places you can find all inclusive even ultra all inclusive for the price we paid. They should write on their headline “Light All Inclusive” so people doesn’t feel like get got scammed.
Wine selection was extremely bad. I could only drink white one which is less bad one. Generally the place is more for elderly people. It won’t meet your expectations if you are young and have high quality standards.
