Staff friendly and welcoming, plenty of casual sitting areas, nice bar area, good food. Comfortable bedrooms, spacious and well presented. Clean fresh bathroom.
Couple of small points - now biscuits to accompany the Yorkshire tea in the room.
A non-slip bath mat would be a plus for the over bath shower.

Warm, clean room with a really nice bathroom.
We went locally for breakfast as previous experience means we prefer to eat elsewhere
