The suite forest room was big enough and pretty comfortable and relaxing to be honest. We didnt use the bathtub so we have no problem with the hot water as everyone mentioned.
I love the atmosphere around whereas at night the sounds of crickets, the rain and the greens outside. It is very relaxing knowing we came from the middle east.
Yes there’s insects around but we have no problems with it as its a jungle area after all. We kind of enjoyed it actually.
Location wise is pretty far from everywhere but the App GoJek works better than Grab to go around.
This place has a lot of potential but need a major refurbishment in my opinion.
During the booking, we asked for an early check in and their answer was very ambiguous.
Once checked in, the room that we booked was different and when we said this isnt the room that we booked as per photo on the website the staff said the photos was used as a promotional only however I didn’t feel right and after 30-45 mins the staff came again and said we were right so that we were moved to the suite forest room that we booked.
They do need to upgrade the mattress tho as it looks super old and there is something weird about the pillows as it feels like an air-pump pillow.
One of the power socket wasn’t working.
WiFi is there but it’s not there. We told the receptionist but its still not working throughout our stays.
Deep cleaning is needed for the room as there’s mold at some spots.
Breakfast is available to the room or at the restaurant however the menu isn’t complete.
On the first morning it’s understandable that two of the menus weren’t available as we woke up quite late but the second morning was only 8am and the same menu that we wanted still not available.
If its not available then why offer it on the menu?
For the management please do work on the refurbishment. Doesnt have to be all in once but periodically.
