The location, 10 minute walk to town. The one bedroom apartment was nicely decorated. Very clean for a holiday home
We didn’t get much sleep as the blind let all the light in from the apartment next door. The blinds needed to be block out curtains in the main bedroom

Nice unit overlooking good pool. Few blocks from the beach and Macrossan St.
Parking limited. Roof leaked around light fitting/fie detector with sudden gush of water then dripping all night. Cause not found initially so no further action and not surprisingly, it happened again. Tradesman came the second time but left the fire alarm disconnected which was a bit unnerving.

Apartment was good size and main facilities were good. Location was good, a longish walk into town but not too far (good exercise), or a quick Uber. Pool was good. Balcony. Washing machine, Parking mostly available
Kitchen equipment was not best quality and a mish-mash of stuff. What;s the issue with buying sets of cheap crockery, cutlery, wine and other glasses, cookware, from somewhere like Big W at minor cost and much better thna a mix of leftovers. Also kitchen drawers were dirty, and fan in bedroom was filthy. Hotplates were rusted and didnt all work properly
