Room was spacious and clean. The pillows are very comfortable and feeling like home. The breakfast was fine with lots of choices, dinner NA.
I was provided with worn-out towels on the first, second, and fourth nights of my stay. However, the issue was promptly addressed by the housekeeping team, and the hotel management generously compensated me for the inconvenience. I would like to commend the Guest Relations Director and Front Office Manager for their professionalism and personal attention in handling my complaints promptly and effectively. Their responsiveness and commitment to guest satisfaction were truly appreciated.

I think they can improve their breakfast

1. Bathrooms were rundown with no ventilations. The handheld shower head wasn’t working properly and the toilet flush in another room wasn’t working properly.
2. Carpet was too dirty to recognise its original patterns.
3. The air conditioner was too cold! When it was turned off the room had a foul smell.
4. Our rooms were dark with limited views.
5. The service was very slow, sometimes we had to wait over an hour for a service to be delivered.
6. Laundry service messed up our “express order” on the last night, so we had to wait until midday the next day to check out.
