Great location and lovely staff. Excellent for a short stay. If coming from Milan, get the train to Como Lago (changing at Serrano) so that it is just a 5 minute walk from the station to the hotel. Great to arrive at night, dump our cases and go straight down to Marco’s outdoor restaurant and see the lake and lights just beyond you. Nice food too.
If you’re a couple travelling with two suitcases maybe book a better level than a standard room - not enough room to open them both on the bedroom floor. And in the way of much of Europe, no tea/coffee facilities within the room, but a cuppa happily provided upon request.

BEAUTIFUL view of Lake Como. Very easy to navigate around the area. Breakfast included was a nice perk for the mornings.
Our wifi wasn’t strong enough to use in the room. We had to go to the hallway to use it.
