We got a single room (LKR 8500 per night) with a great view instead of the two budget rooms we booked. The view was spectacular. The room was spacious and comfy with double bed, a single bed, a couch, table, stool and a closet. The staff provided us with extra pillows and towels. The hotel had a dining area but the restaurant is not functioning. We brought our own food. In the morning the staff provided us hot water to make our instant tea. The location was excellent. It was close to Kandy city and away from the hustle and bustle of the street. The hotel was very quiet. In the morning we enjoyed the mist covered mountains and the sounds of a wide variety of birds. The staff was super nice. The pool was the ideal size both our children had loads of fun doing cannonball jumps and swimming in the pool for hours. We had a great stay.
The only thing that could have improved were the quality of the pillows since they were kind of flat and not fluffy. However we had a good comfortable sleep.

Amazing warm welcome and excellent customer service. The room was clean, and the bedsheets were fresh and smelled lovely. Very helpful staff!

Value for the money
The rooms smell unpleasant. Upon entering, something should attract us, but all the rooms were clean, but they emanated bad odors.
