Location was excellent. We were able to walk to everything within the Point Lookout area. Apartment was very spacious and very nicely furnished with a comfortable bed.

Some areas were not as clean as I would like.

We read the notice about the sensitivity of the fire alarms it was a bit off putting we were a bit concerned while cooking bacon every morning so we cooked with the front door open

Location and vibe and full kitchen

The hot water system broke after first night, service qr code in the guest book was of such bad quality it could not be scanned to report the issue. Had to google the email to report the issue as staff not working on that day. Received a generic reply mid week after check out apologising and would fix the issue. No effort to offer any sort of remuneration/discount or goodwill.
