A wonderful stay right on the beachfront, with exceptional service!
A fantastic experience at Pousada Ponta da Pedra, ideally located right on the beach, perfect for enjoying Jericoacoara and practicing windsurfing.
I would especially like to highlight the professionalism, kindness, and outstanding service provided by Tainara, who is in charge of reception. She is always attentive to guests’ needs, ready to help, and genuinely committed to finding solutions to make every stay as pleasant as possible. A localização é perfeita, em frente ao mar! O ambiente do café da manhã é super agradável, pois vc faz a refeição praticamente na praia. Nesse mesmo ambiente é servido um chá da tarde, onde o hóspede fica de frente para o Pôr do Sol, com uma visão surreal. Os funcionários também prestam um atendimento excelente.

La ubicación, nada más. Y la limpieza en las habitaciones estaba muy bien.
El desayuno no me gustó para nada, primero que nada el café tenía una película oleosa por encima y era intomable.
El horario del mismo tenía una especie de cinta inaugural, estaba todo pronto deste antes del horario y todos esperando a que saquen la cinta, lo cual me pareció ridículo.
Encontré bichos en los huevos y un pelo en la fruta. Además todo tenía mucho gusto a aceite.
Por otro lado, presumen que tienen un café de tarde, el cual consiste en el mismo café que comente anteriormente y unas galletas en frascos…
No me fui contenta de la estadía, es más nos fuimos un día antes.
Ojalá puedan mejorar estos puntos, especialmente para los turistas, porque el lugar es muy bonito y tiene mucho potencial.
Cómo dije antes, la ubicación es excepcional.
