The location is great. Quiet but many restaurants, bars, and tourist spots are walkable. Among other things, there are free purified water and ice! Yes, they have an ice maker. The room has a smart tv. There is a desk/vanity with a drawer, vanity stools, and a nice big mirror. The staff cleans the place really well and they are friendly.
I accidentally booked a room with a bunk bed. I wouldn't have if I had known. I couldn't sit on the bed since it was too low - and I am only around 5'3". I could only sit while hunched and with my neck tilted - that short.

Location was great - close to the two main palaces, a great dining district and lots of cool little shops. The place is quiet. Staff were helpful. Room was fine for sleeping.
It's a little hard to locate. It is in an alley/small street. If you see the 7/11, you are almost there.

Absolutely loved the location (there's a 7-11 conveniently right downstairs) and it's near public transportation too. Also liked that I could self check-in as needed.
It was a bit of a struggle to carry my bags up so many stairs and the Internet isn't great either. It is weak and kept getting disconnected.
