Hapuna breakfast was awesome. We loved the selection of Japanese food. The luggage service to hold our luggage for no charge until later in the day was excellent. The gym was great and lots of eating places and 7-11 nearby was so good!
There was no onsen on the property. We were really looking forward to having an onsen.

Very accessible via the Shinkansen.
The lobby needs to be improved with seating and informational signs. Staff was unfriendly and sometimes rude.
