Situated right by the lake and close to various restaurants and bars. The people who run it are extremely friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was very good.

Wonderful family run hotel in the heart of Passignano. Private parking. Very cold air conditioning. Great price. Comfy bed. Sufficient continental breakfast. Elevator to upper levels. Great value for money. They take good care of you and the place is secure and functional.
Bathroom could be a bit larger but such are the bathrooms in Italy. Not a complaint, just wishing for more room.

I’m so glad I chose Hotel Trasimeno for my stay in Passignano. The location is fantastic! Right across from Lake Trasimeno, in the heart of town, only about a 7–8 minute walk from the train station, close to plenty of restaurants and cafés, and just steps from the ferry to Isola Maggiore.
What really makes this hotel special, though, is the hospitality. Aros, the owner, is genuinely one of the sweetest hosts you could ask for. Federica and everyone helping at breakfast were incredibly friendly and always went above and beyond to make the stay comfortable. And their lovely dog, Aria, adds even more charm to this little family-run hotel!
My room was spacious, cleaned every day, and had a lovely balcony where I could sit outside and relax. The complimentary breakfast each morning was wonderful and a great way to start the day.
You can really feel the warmth and care that comes with staying at a small family-run hotel. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. If you’re visiting Passignano, you can book Hotel Trasimeno without a second thought, the hospitality is truly unmatched.

The location is excellent for visiting Passignano sul Trasimeno. Having on site parking was a big plus. The room was sufficient, clean and comfortable, although not in any way elegant, but it served the purpose for a one night stop. Breakfast was good and accommodated my need for gluten free options.
Hot water in the shower took a bit of time to arrive, and then didn't last very long.
