We hosted family and friends for several nights of fun including meals in the fully equipped kitchen/dining room and outdoor seating areas. There were peaceful times at the white sandy beach on the bay where we saw incredible sunsets, horseshoe crabs, turtles, dragonflies and sea birds. It was an easy walk to bars and restaurants and a couple of blocks to the ocean beach. We would definitely stay here again! Fun, memorable time in Dewey Beach!

This was our first visit to the Delaware seashore and this property was a great home base. It is walkable to the Dewey Beach restaurants without being right in the action — the best of both worlds. Easy drives north or south to different areas and attractions. The water views right outside the windows are really gorgeous. Also loved watching ducks, heron, and ibis nearby!
