The property is in a good neighbourhood, and everything was cleaned properly. They provided 2 soaps, 3 shower gels, and 3 shampoos - more than enough for our 3-night stay. It was nice, quiet, and clean.
The locks on the door were genuinely confusing. My roommate and I were terrified we'd be locked out of the apartment one night, and since the property doesn't have a reception and the online reception only works until a certain hour, we wouldn't have been able to ask anyone for help. Also, the property does warn about this, but just a heads-up: the stairs are very narrow, and there isn't a lift. We were travelling with just our backpacks, so being on the top floor didn't really bother us, but if you're thinking of travelling with suitcases, be warned.

Clean accommodation, very central location with good transport links. Easy check in staff in office always available Kindly let me have early check in.
No toaster in kitchen, and bed was clean but very hard mattress and not very strong base.
I should have asked for lower level as have mobility issues but never so was put on third floor without a lift,not great especially with luggage.

Clean enough for London's standards (especially beed sheets and bathroom), good position, late check-out hours in comparison to most apartments.
Unfortunately many details were neglected. Many utensils in the kitchen were either damaged, stained or never cleaned properly. The one curtain in the room was stained, the window had a crack, the wardrobe smelled mouldy so it couldn't really be used. The bathroom is so much bigger than most other apartments we visited in London, and yet there is not a single surface where to put your stuff. Noise isolation is non-existent, so we woke up many times per night. While this is a structural issue (quite normal for older buildings), all other details would be pretty easy and cheap to fix, and that would make the property a much greater value for its price.
