Hotel was nice and clean .
Front of house staff very friendly and helpful
Rubber ducks were a nice touch and the water and fan in the room
Breakfast staff we're not the friendliest in regards to children and the older children picked up on this . It did taint the family friendly hotel aspect . Some beds were great , others were not .

I found the staff the best I ever witnessed, friendly, helpful and above all pleasant, the rooms were immaculate, special mention to both the bar staff and restaurant staff politeness and friendly.
Can't say anything to be honest

Breakfast was okay
Rooms and bathrooms way too small. The elevator access to take bags up from ground to 2nd floor was not really convenient
