Location is great, just steps from Tokyo Station, with lot of food options, stores, etc.
We loved the breakfast and the facilities.
Rooms are a little bit small, but with all that you need, and very clean.
Totally recommended.

The staff is super attentive, they support us booking the vans to the airport and with the luggage transfer.
Rooms are just like the pictures, nice and clean.
Overall the hotel is very nice and well located.
We liked everything.

The hotel sits next to the enormous Tokyo Station and can be accessed from station at the Nihonbashi exit without being exposed to rain or snow. Staff was very professional and not hard to find an English speaker.
Room was a little cramped but had nice view and very clean with nice shower. Hotel starts on 27th floor of an office tower.
Breakfast buffet was outstanding and reasonably priced.
A short walk took us to the marvelous East Gardens of the historic Imperial palace grounds.

Proximity
Our room was old and very, very small, in fact my side of the bed was against the wall. The bathroom was tiny, old and components of poor quality.
separately i am not sure i would stay in a hotel again where the hotel started on level 27.
The breakfast was at best average.
