Pool, atmosphere, breakfast and location
Beds were a bit hard, walls are paper thin so we could hear neighbours (screaming baby) all night

Lovely 2 star hotel in the Umbrian countryside. Ideally located for trips to Assisi, Perugia and the surrounding area.
Fantastic views from the terrace. Our room was fitted with air conditioning and was very comfortable.
All the staff were very attentive.
As to be expected, the breakfast was the "continental" type, with a selection of sliced cheese and ham, along with croissants and cakes, and some fresh fruit, and did not vary for the ten days we were there. A greater selection of fresh fruit would have been welcome.

The place and lovely view.
The hilly part but ok.

The grounds were lovely and some of the common rooms also delightful.
We had stayed some years previously and although it was simple, it was family owned and a lovely place to stay. It has now changed hands and the standard has slipped significantly. It is such a shame as it was such a great place to stay.
