We have stayed at the Grand nikko 4 times over 4 years & its great the location & a very nice hotel it clean & staff are wonderful .The breakfast is more for the japanese life style & a very poor range for western style mornings but very clean & well served
Unfortunilty the hotel has changed the bed linen & pillows ,there is no top sheet just a doona that is noisey like a chip packet it must be made from recycled plastic or something & the pillows are super super soft like candy floss put your head on them & nothing there .we also had a issue the aircon & they move us to another room thats just one of those things as its been fine all other times weve stayed .

Nice, spacious hotel in an ideal location for transport links, restaurants and Haneda Airport. Would highly recommend.
