The room was large and comfortable and with a window! Which is often not the case in Vietnam (the window). I would stay there again.
Good location.
Cleaning better around the bathtub.
Don't ask guests to give you a 10! A rating is like a tip, it's based on the customer's satisfaction.
Breakfast was not great.

We had a fantastic stay at Midori. The hotel was spotless, the rooms were comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring Hanoi. The staff were incredibly friendly and always happy to help. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi.

Very spacious room and big bed, nice staff and good location.
Not a fan of the bathroom, was a bit dark and meh.
