We were very pleased with our stay here. The staff are a real highlight, very well trained, communicative, and responsive. Aarti in the breakfast team deserves a special mention and our room cleaner was excellent (I have forgotten his name). The front of house team in reception were very happy to help with suggestions for sightseeing. The pool was a much appreciated respite from the busyness of Delhi and gave us the chance to unwind after a hectic day of travel. We weren't sure if the location would work for our sightseeing, but in fact it was ideal and meant we could return to a quiet room at the end of the day.
The bed was a little soft for our taste and the pillows had seen better days.

Nice facilities, lovely spa
A little on the pricier side compared to other hotels of the same standard. Location is good but very noisy at night

Firstly, everything was ridiculously overpriced. Also all the staff were either pushy in interrupting our meals to get us to write them a good review, or they were simply devoid of warmth. In addition, it felt like the hotel overpromised and GROSSLY underdelivered on their offering. The quality of the food was mediocre and not what I’d expect from a 5-star hotel. Waste of money and I won’t be visiting again.
