Great location. Very friendly and helpful reception staff. One lady went to the car park to explain the different car chargers. The other receptionist provided useful information on restaurants close by, how to get to the metro which was 5 minutes walk away and best station to get off for easy access to all that Porto offered. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Very spacious, comfortable bed and good shower. Great to have private underground parking
Only a very minor issue, the taps in the bathroom and toilet sinks made it very awkward to actually use the sink

Location was central. Spacious, and very clean. I would stay here again.

Apartment size was great.
The apartment could have had a Manuel to show how to operate the cook top and washer dryer. It took me too long to push buttons on each item to make it work

The apartment has almost everything you need for a long stay. The noise insulation is very good. The bed is comfortable and there is a lot of storage space. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Nice gym and rooftop. Convenient location close to the metro station.
It would be nice to have some dishwasher capsules and washer detergent.
