The Club Floor layout and offerings are excellent. The staff at the Club Floor are all very friendly and welcoming.
The front office staff are not very proactive and customer friendly. They need more training .

I love the breakfast. The Fuzhou fishballs were delicious. The gym was very complete, almost all of the equipment I could think of were available. The room was clean and comfortable. Best hotel in Fuzhou, I will definitely be back again.
