Bed was very nice

Nothing noted during visit

Very clean and quiet

Water pressure in shower wasn’t great but i didn’t raise it as an issue with staff .

Have visited this hotel many times, hence the return. Happy. However, on this occasion the pool was out of action when we arrived, but was back up & running the following day. A big well done.

There seems to be a shortage of staff (restaurant waiting time seemed to be a lot longer than normal)

We have stayed here before but were let down by the room provided to us

The room had curtains and nets that were broken and looked really shabby. We paid £256 for 2 nights and the hotel did not even acknowledge a message I sent them. The breakfast on the first morning was an absolute joke. We were not even on the list. Every table was a mess and we had to ask for a table to be cleared and cleaned before we could sit down. No cutlery, no milk for cereal and no bread for toast. This is not the standard we expect. We have stayed here 3 times previously and were very disappointed on this occasion
