Friendly staff, location, cleanliness, lovely friendly young man on lounge morning duty, evening restaurant food good,
Overall good value for money. The Skylon Hotel is a well run operation and we enjoyed our short stay.
Undercroft Car park, very tight. However there is nothing can be done with this. But just be aware.

People not closing down where hot food kept so it was getting cold at breakfast Not enough staff on . We never got our toast
Tv was not working in room had to call reception
Parking very limited difficult to get parked had to wait for a space before we could park. Needs to be said at time of booking that there is limited parking
