The breakfast was very good, and the bedsheets were clean and fresh.
The bed could be improved, as the mattress felt a bit lumpy and the springs were noticeable.
The hotel is a bit far from the main attractions, so taking a taxi is often the most convenient way to get around.

Staff friendly and helpful.
The room was clean, and housekeeping came in every day.
The breakfast choice was quite good.
Location was useful for Addenbrookes Hospital.
Room size was comfortable.
Draft came in through closed window.
Heating didn't seem to work very well despite turning up the temperature on the control panel.
No water provided in the room.
As 2 middle aged women (sisters) staying on our own in the hotel, (gor accesz yo Addenbrookes) we felt intimidated at times by the high number of young men in small groups. .
