The bed was very comfortable.
When I checked in, the desk employee didn’t tell me that reception would be closed when I needed to leave this morning at 6.30am.
He led me to think that the desk was open 24/7 but it was locked when I tried to return the key and there was no reply when I called the number on the door that stated it was to be used when reception was closed.
This hotel is advertised as an airport hotel, therefore reception should be available for returning keys early in the morning.
I went to the restaurant for dinner last night and ordered lasagne. When it came, it was still frozen. I was charged for the glass of wine I’d ordered in spite of being served frozen lasagne - the wine should have been free.
