The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend staying here. It’s about a minute walk from the metro, so easy to get to places!

Our stay was made even more special by the excellent housekeeping service. The room was always cleaned wonderfully and we especially loved the beautiful towel art A big thanks you to somaya and Ann for their hard work and creativity and special appreciation to Mr Rohit (supervisor) for ensuring everything was perfect thank you all for making my stay so memorable

the receptionist name:tanuja was so very rude and doesn’t have concederation .we actually celebrate the birthday pf my fiance but she ruined everything. she’s so very unprofessional and shouting to us also to my mother in law. this is not acceptable to be honest since we are always there to celebrate our families birthday, but this time that lady ruined everything. but thanks to sir adnan who fixed the issue and miss angelyn.
