Friendly helpful staff. Concierge most helpful with directions to mountain trails. We arrived without a car park reservation at one of our must-see mountains. He had recently checked on-line and said 2 spots remaining for cars with caravan (campers). Just sign up with caravan. Brilliant! We would never have known or thought of this.

Very elegant and nice hotel in beautiful surroundings. Super clean rooms with old world luxury and elegance. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful surroundings located in middle of old town with everything in walking distance and beautiful mountain view from room.
