GREAT LOCATION
8 / 10Excellent·Oct 2026
Location, apartment layout, view, facilities.
The apartment was too hot. There was a note not to turn the air conditioner down below 23 degress as the pipes freeze and leak into the apartment.
The floors consist of a wooden floor with tile at a slightly different height leading into the laundry, kitchen and bathroom. It is dangerous as you can't see the ledge and I stubbed my toes several times on the ledges.
8 / 10Excellent·Oct 2026
The location was convenient, with easy access to food venues and nearby amenities.
The property is advertised as beachfront, but you have to cross a busy road with trams, buses, and heavy traffic noises. There are no direct ocean views from the front of the property, with only a small glimpse of the ocean from one corner of the pergola. This was disappointing, as the beachfront description was not what I expected.
