We stay here nearly every year for our transfer to and from Japan. Around 18 years now. We always get the same room and it's consistently comfortable.
The in room internet has been upgraded recently and works really well.
Not much to say. I do wish room 215 and 216 had a small microwave.

Staff on check in were good, but Reception communication after that was abrupt and not friendly at all.
The room was tired; needs a renovation. Chipped paint on walls; desperately needed a paint job.
The lift going to level 2 & 3 was extremely dodgy; lot of movement on the floor of lift. Uncomfortable to stand on.
The Laundry facilities were appalling. The actual washing machines were dirty and there was no washing powder available to use or even to buy.
Calls & door knocking to my room to make sure I was vacating at 10am on departure day! Got out by 10.15am!! Gees.
