Right in the middle of Kinsale, lovely property, cute little room, quiet and well maintained.
The cafe wasn’t open on the day after we stayed so no chance for brekkie.

The breakfast was excellent! Lots to choose from. The Team was friendly and attentive. I was so taken by the place that I now have their apron, and kitchen towel. Thanks Arthur and team!

The location was great Central and easy
The room smelled, possibly damp or old furniture/carpet? The mattress and pillows were not great, hard and uncomfortable. The shower head needed replacing / de-scaling. The room was not refreshed each day
