The thing that stands out the most about this hotel is the staff. Everyone is so kind and willing to help
The pool. The breakfast buffet could be better, theres alot of variety but the quality of the food isnt the best

Great location and the breakfast was very good, a lot of choice. The room was a good size and most importantly has an aircon. Staff were friendly.
The housekeeping needs improving. We asked 3 times for our bedding to be changed (it was not done on day 4, which is their policy). Usually we had to ask for towels as not enough were left for us, after cleaning. The room was not cleaned sufficiently each day. On one occasion we asked for hand soap, our housekeeping had taken the body wash they had given us to use, and were told that there isn't any.
