The beach was the highlight and the staff. The beds were nice and comfortable , the balcony overlooking the trees and the tropical gardens, you could watch the wildlife from the balcony ( we were on the second floor). Also, the breakfast was nice and decent with the view of the sea as an added bonus. For cat lovers, we were lucky to spot Konja cats - beautiful black cats: a playful kitten and his mother :)
Unfortunately the shower was really disappointing ( very old and not practical to use at all). I would have given it a 10 if the shower wasn't that bad. The rest was wonderful.

The property had a lovely, cosy character, a large swimming pool, and was just a few metres’ walk from one of the most beautiful beaches in Koh Samui!
I highly recommend this charming beach resort. It’s only a few minutes’ drive from Chaweng and has plenty of restaurants, bars, shops, pharmacies and other amenities nearby. A great location with a relaxed atmosphere and beautiful beach right on your doorstep.
The shower in the Deluxe Double Room wasn’t great, as the bathroom floor would flood every time we showered. The shower area is only slightly raised above the rest of the floor, and the shower curtain doesn’t do much to stop the water from spreading across the bathroom. Apart from this, everything else was great!

the private Beach was a dream. It was perfectly clean and quiet. We met so many other families there.The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our Delux room was quite spacious.
The facilities were a bit outdated. The A/C dripped condensation we asked for it to be fixed but didn’t change anything. We couldn’t sit outside our room because of mosquitoes.

Fantastic beach with beautiful white sand and clear blue water.
Early arrival was handled very well, with shower and changing facilities available while waiting for the room.
Room had everything needed for a comfortable stay.
Beach towels are provided and exchanged daily.
Good location with easy access to the town by taxi or scooter.
Breakfast was simple but perfectly adequate.
Housekeeping could be more thorough. Some surfaces, including the bedside tables and the top wardrobe shelf, were very dusty.
The safe is installed very low inside the wardrobe, making it difficult to use without getting down on the floor.
The refrigerator was very noisy during its cooling/defrosting cycles, including during the night.
Animal droppings on the balcony were still there on my final day, despite being there since my arrival.
The beach towel counter was often unattended. A small bell would make it easier to get someone's attention when staff are busy elsewhere.
