Everything about hotel. The staff was awesome. The breakfast, the peacefulness, the garden, the cleanliness, the largeness of rooms, the refreshments in the rooms were all fantastic. Really, nothing to critisize about the hotel and its staff.
If you like 20 minutes of walking (or have a car) the location was accessible without any trouble at all. The area is very safe and clean. True, all things equal a bit closer to the center could be preferable. Yet, the overall niceness of hotel and its staff far exceeds this minor issue.

The host is very nice, is eager to accomodate guests and make them feel comfortable. The room is spacious and is fitted with comfy beds. The bathroom has a good size and had a window which made it great to avoid humidity. Although we moved by taxi/car due to the Werchter festival, the B&B is reachable by bus to the center of Leuven (3 euros per ride); which makes it flexible. The breakfast was nice.
This is something beyond their control, but is a bit far to walk back from the central station. So if you stay here to go to Rock am Werchter note that it could be challenging to get back.

walking distance to where I was going
Funky smell in the bathroom, shabby shower, cold in the room, not a single piece of vegetable at breakfast.
