Wonderful room, breakfast, Spa and Gym... everything was absolutely top notch. Special thank you note to the staff on duty at Breakfast from 19th to 21st August (i.e. the young gentleman with glasses)
charging for tap water in the restaurant, when we can get it for free in the room. When we expressed our (negative) feeling about that, they immediately cancelled the charge... so our stay was really perfect

Location is perfect over looking the lake and not far from all the ski lifts. Facilities are great and the hotel is very clean and modern. Staff are extremely friendly and always helpful. Really enjoyed our stay.
No aircon but you can leave the window / door open as it’s very quiet.

Everything! Except the bed, too stiff for me.
