The location was in easy reach of most of central Brisbane and there are numerous restaurants and night spots nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful and a very good breakfast or brunch was available at the restaurant connected to the hotel.
The room was comfortable but quite small. Unfortunately, another customer was given the same room some hours after I checked in and they walked in on me, which frightened us both!

Great location and the beds were so comfy
One of the receptionist seemed really unhappy with us, felt like we did something to get treated so differently from others, she was heavily pregnant so it could of been that but she seemed nicer to other people compared to us, she helped us still but she just seemed really cold towards us, sorry again if we did do something for us to be dealt with that way
