Rooms are getting a little tired

The staff were very helpful on reception and able to think outside the box and have a laugh!
Having asked to ensure gluten free and lactose free were available (and been assured they were) it was disappointing to find NO lactose free milk and slightly disappointing to have to have gluten free bread rationed to two slices!

The location was good and the toiletries were nice.
Unfortunately it was a very noisy night a lot ot people leaving and entering the rooms and the sound proofing is not great.
The bed linen and towels and rooms were a little tired and old. The bed was very springy and the pillows were not fluffy and comfortable. I thought it would have the Hilton touch but failed to see it .
