Beautiful location on the bank of the river and by the toll bridge. Clean. Has parking. Close to Bath. Breakfast being included. Staff were very helpful and welcoming.
Having to pay £10 extra for parking - not shown on hotel description. The restaurant/ bar needs a little background music and a bit more atmosphere in the evening.

Breakfast is only continetal , as long as you chase the staff to fill up missing items
The parking was very difficult, there is just enough room to squeeze into the very narrow parking bays. And when leaving you get charged £10 a day for parking. Which is not clearly communicated to you. First time I have ever had to pay for Hotel Parking. The hotel is beginning to show signs of a lack of investment

"As far as budget accommodation goes, this was a great example. The room was perfect for an overnight stay."
