The view was fantastic, the breakfast was plentiful and the staff were excellent. Brilliant location as situated away from the main town of Fira but within easy walking distance.
Our room had an indoor hot tub which caused extreme steam and dampness in the only area available for hanging clothes which was not practical.
Our room was situated next door to the laundry and food preparation area so there was no private outdoor space allocated to our room.
The pool is in a small area with just two sun loungers. There are a further two sun loungers in an elevated position with spectactular views but this equates to just four sun loungers for all hotel guests.

Excellent location—a bit away from the center, but not too far. Just perfect walk. A peaceful and pleasant environment with a great view. The hotel has rooms of various sizes and in different locations. We had Deluxe Suite with Caldera view, spent five days and were very satisfied. Staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast is served on the balcony in front of the room. Our room didn't include a hot tub, but we used the pool—it was cooler than it would be in summer, but just ok for us. A very, very lovely place. We definitely recommend it if you're looking for a pleasant, peaceful time in Santorini.
There wasn't thing we didn't like. Everything was perfect for us! If anything, the bathrobes could be a bit larger.

The lview, cleanliness, breakfast, and staff were all absolutely outstanding!
The mattress was a little harder than we would have preferred.

The location offered amazing views and was very close to great restaurants and the central town of Fira, with lots of shops, etc. Breakfast was quite good and was served to our own private table in front of our room. Also the people serving were very friendly and helpful.
The room had several issues - the bathroom was about a 25cm step down (very dangerous esp. at night); the only mirror was in the bathroom and was mounted tilting down, so I had to stoop to use it; and worst of all, the door did not seal properly, it rattled with the wind and our last night there it rained and water came in under the door and made a big puddle in the room. The room was advertised as a “cave” so it was not surprising that there were no real windows (except in the door), but I did not enjoy not having windows.
