Insotel Fenicia Prestige Suites & Spa

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Insoltel and hope our feedback is taken positively, however there were times it felt very 5 star in price and less so in experience . The staff were all incredible hard working polite and friendly. Our junior suite was very elegant, spacious and well equipped with lovely beds robes and towels, Netflix tv and Nespresso coffee machine and fully stocked minibar. x 2 small water bottles we thought complimentary were €8 each ! Teas provided but nothing to boil water with and no milk (sorry it’s a British thing) . Obligingly these were provided on a quick call to reception. The radiator in the bathroom did not work so we had nowhere to dry wet towels, robes or wet swim wear which was tiresome after a couple days . Draping them over the balcony rails with no sun on our balcony was no help in October temperatures we had to ask for replacement towels and robes and reuse wet swimsuits . Fabulous location. The swimming pool is huge. The free car parking is a boon in Ibiza

Some of the facilities in the spa weren’t working

Great location, great breakfast, great pool, free parking, great hotel for the price in Ibiza.

Only negative- the spa. It’s a bit dated, the spa pool was cold, the sauna barely above room temp and steam room was broken.

Good location, good pool, decent rooms etc

Awful sewage smell the entire time. Food quality very average for 5 star hotel while incredibly expensive, especially the pool restaurant. Hotel check in was a slow and unwelcoming experience (the bellboys were great though)
