Nice size room resturant and cafe were good but limited menu
Felt tired room was very basic and lacked any decoration

My partner mum and I stayed here for one night before catching a ferry to Ireland. Overall, the hotel itself was okay and serves as a convenient stopover location.
The evening meal itself was fine, the service left a lot to be desired. One of the waitresses was extremely unfriendly and actually threw the food and bills on the tables.. Her behaviour was so blatantly rude that other customers nearby were shaking their heads and laughing in disbelief.

Very convenient location for airport. The property offers rustic elegance, large rooms in pleasant park like surroundings. Staff were helpful, although our wake up call didn’t ring in our room - the man downstairs insisted he’d called our room - thankfully our other alarms did the job.

Location and the views. Lovely helpful staff.
Our room didn’t have any hot water in the washbasin . When that was switched on we had a leak under the sink so had a bucket there for the night of our stay. We were not told in advance, but there was a Tv programme being filmed during our stay so we couldn’t make a noise, get to and from our bedroom or use the lift when we wanted to. Our complaint has never been addressed and we have had no contact from the property or any refund even though we made our complaint when we were there 4 weeks ago.

"The staff and hotel where all lovely. They welcomed the dogs and made everything very easy. The grounds were amazing even though we weren’t allowed to walk the dogs on the golf course - but you aren’t..."
